As Christians, it is important to pray without ceasing, especially for our families, friends, enemies and those unable to pray for themselves.

"Let us open our hearts to God in heaven and pray" (Lamentations 3:41 GNB)

Prayer for the week

O Holy Spirit, breath of all creatures, purifier of all souls and healer of all wounds; be fire to our heart, light to our path and friend for our journey.

Amen.

Those who are unwell and their families and friends, Ola, who is still seriously ill, Rufaro’s aunt, we are asking for God's healing hands to be upon her. Mrs Deborah Tejan-Cole and her daughter Ricky, Mercy Obeng who are recovering at home following illnesses/operations and Phyllis Francis who is recovering at home. Dennis, whose brother, Harry, passed away from cancer. Roy Eary’s family, Rico, a 4years old friend of a friend of Roz who has a tumour, the family of Naomi Boampong, Arnold and family whose father passed away, Lilian’s mum who is recovering following hip operation after a fall. Flora's husband Ben who is receiving treatment for cancer.

Victims of knife crime in London and all over UK, victims of terrorist attacks, natural disasters including the Australian bush fire and war in various parts of the world, people of the middle-East, the West Bank, Africa and other areas in the world where there is conflict, leaders of our nation and families going through difficult times …. Peace in our world
